Miran Shah
CEO & MD
Miran started his career at the Times of India. From there he moved to the international media space and worked on Financial Times & Forbes. This was followed by a long stint at Turner Broadcasting handling various roles first for South Asia and then for Asia Pac. While at Turner, he had worked with CNN, Cartoon Network, POGO, HBO in different capacities. He joined Publicitas in 2010 as MD and while working on top media brands such as New York Times, Fortune, TIME, Bloomberg, he also set up and grew Publicitas’ Television business across Asia Pacific. Currently, he is responsible for driving business across all verticals of Color Purple – ad sales, brand placement & production.
Meenakshi Sundaram
Vice President
Meenakshi worked in the media representation business for almost 3 decades. He was selling CNN, Carton Network and TNT much before Turner Broadcasting set up its own office in India. Meenakshi has also worked in the publication business. Since 2010 he has been solely focussed on media sales for international TV channels and is a master at working with the very challenging tourism sector. He is extremely persistent & tenacious and is able to create revenues where none existed before. A few years ago he was awarded Top Salesperson of Year by CBS Media of the US for the largest single deal from any international market!
Navieta C. Jhaveri
Creative Producer
Navieta had earned her chops at one of India’a largest media groups – Zee Television. Post that her independent production company – Ariaa Produktions has been producing content for TV channels and corporate clients. She has done projects for CNN, Discovery, TIME. Her forte spans across – creative ideation, production and post-production. At Color Purple, her focus is on helping clients realise their creative goals for their brands and make it tangible in the form of advertising commercials, medium formats for the digital & social media space as well as large format TV shows.
